Preventing Attrition
Each year many missionaries leave the field for preventable reasons due to stress and trauma. We help them stay on the field by giving them encouragement and opportunities to rest, recover and refocus.
Embracing Variety
The world of missions has been changing over the past couple of decades to include business missionaries who are often under a lot of pressure in what are called “creative access” locations.
Connecting Services
Though growing, Member Care availability is lagging behind the need for services. Services are difficult to locate or outside of the missionaries’ budget. We facilitate care through offering retreat.
